At The Immediate Coffee Supply Company, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. However, due to the nature of our products being custom roasted and fulfilled on-demand, all sales are final once an order is placed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Customer errors in address input

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear manufacturing defect, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us through our customer support query within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your name / email

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible.
