Our Peruvian Decaf blend is a smooth, medium roast with notes of caramel, citrus, and a clean finish. Grown in the high-altitude clay-rich soils of Piura and Amazonas, this coffee features a mix of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varietals. It’s fully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process; no chemicals, just pure taste.
